01. Challenge:
A- Known as one of the most exciting BBQ chefs in her hometown of Chicago, IL, Dominique Leach is a classically trained chef turned nationally recognized pitmaster.
B- Her expertise in soulful food would earn her a spot on The Food Network’s show CHOPPED, a judge on Food Network Canada FIRE MASTERS, recognition as the “Best Barbecue in Chicago” by Good Morning America, as well as a full brick-and-mortar home for Lexington Betty Smokehouse on the South Side of Chicago following a pilot project to help promote black-owned businesses in the region.
C- We were tasked with starting Chef Dominique Leach's social media account and developing a strategy that would showcase her expertise in BBQ, cooking, and highlight her personal brand beyond her restaurant, Lexington Betty Smokehouse.

02. Research:
A- We conducted several interview-like meetings with Dominique Leach to get a deeper understanding of her personal brand story, values, goals, and target audience.
B- We analyzed the competitive landscape and user behavior on existing social media accounts of other chefs and food influencers.
C- Using this information, we developed a social media strategy that would differentiate Chef Dominique Leach from her competitors and connect with her audience in a meaningful way.
